Paxi is the smallest of the seven major Ionian islands. In fact, in Greece, Paksi is understood as a complex of islands, the largest of which is Paxi (Paxos), and the smaller, nearby island known for wines and sandy beaches - Andipaxi, as well as a number of other islets.
There is a land plot of 40,000 sq m near the Sea of Beraoua with a permission to build about and bolier 2,500 sq m.
Also, there is a re-release to the water and light on the site.
The plot is suitable for investment tourism business and private use.
