Lois Schneider Realtor was a recipient of the Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate Award for Significant Sales for the successful listing and marketing of 233 Springfield Avenue “Twin Beeches” in Summit for $8 Million, the highest recorded sale in Sum mit, NJ to date. The listing agents for this property were Linda Peck and Pam Gumport of the Peck-Gumport Team.
